Pet Policy
- Harbor Pointe allows dogs and cats
- Two pets per apartment, two pets per townhome
- A pet addendum and vet records are required
- We have breed restrictions and do not allow: Pit Bull, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Wolf Hybrid, or any mix of these breeds. Property staff reserve the exclusive right to make the final determination as to dog breed.
Pet Fees
- $250 pet privilege fee for 1 pet, additional $100 for 2nd pet (non-refundable)
- $25 monthly pet rent per pet
