I would like to say in two years almost there has been a few very good maintenance people,,, but they finally got it right by putting a woman on the job. Tinika has been here about a month... Every time she sees you she smiling and very polite. And as far as her being maintenance... She got straight on the job... Attentive to the needs of the tenant... Everything was handle great. #GirlPower
